VK108 Nişantaşı
VK108 is a restoration project that combines the knowledgeable experience and mastery of one of the iconic structures of Turkish architecture since the 1970s with today's technology. VK108 consisting of residences and home offices; With its restaurant, parking lot, social areas, security, valet & concierge services, it is a pioneer in Nişantaşı.
VK108 is built on approximately 5,000 square meters. It is a block building, of which 3.750 square meters is a hard and soft landscape area, sitting on an area of 1,250 square meters. It consists of 21 floors and has a construction area of approximately 40,000 square meters.
